MEET NICOLAS E. VEIGA PALACIOS
Over the past 18 years, he has founded more than seven companies, invested in over 20 startups, and built teams that have employed hundreds of people directly and thousands indirectly worldwide. His ventures have delivered products and services across more than 36 countries, generating millions of dollars in value for both investors and partners.

Together with his investors and team, he has acquired, refurbished, and launched real estate businesses across three jurisdictions: Argentina, Brazil, and Ukraine. The firm’s focus is on opportunities in emerging economies.
By the age of 20, his GrafoCastle hardware and software solutions were already being commercialized in Argentina, Paraguay, Brazil, and Spain. He later founded Travelling Skates, a CNC and plastic injection company whose products were primarily exported to Uruguay and Chile. More recently, his software and entertainment ventures have operated exclusively in global markets.

All assets remain under the custody and control of their respective owners or authorized custodians; our role is strictly advisory, ensuring transparency, alignment, and informed decision-making at every stage.
We are not an investment fund. We are an advisory and operating firm that builds startups, provides capital to companies, and supports asset management activities on a global scale.
We do not charge fees on every project we engage in. We only operate and manage businesses in which we invest our own capital, working alongside a trusted network of co-investors who complement each investment.
For risk management purposes, we do not provide 100% of the required capital. Instead, we structure investments to ensure alignment, diversification, and long-term sustainability.
Our compensation is equity-based. We succeed only when the business succeeds. This approach clearly differentiates us from firms that rely on fixed or annual fees regardless of performance. We commit early, remain actively involved, and stay aligned until value is fully realized.
We work exclusively with professional investors with a seven-figure net worth. As part of this process, we conduct thorough KYC procedures to fully understand our clients and ensure that all sources of income are legitimate and compliant with applicable regulations.
Investors’ capital is best protected when it remains under their direct ownership. For example, in the case of acquiring a productive asset such as farmland, the property is registered in the client’s name. We provide management and advisory services, while clients retain full access to and control over their assets at all times.
